This is alarming.Terry wrote: βThu May 02, 2019 3:48 pmAfter decades of being at or near the top of the fumbleball tree it appears the Swans are finally slipping down the ladder and into obscurity in Australia's biggest and greatest city. It's not a surprise after being propped up by fumblehouse with the big freeby otherwise known COLA being stripped off 'em in recent years.
Here's a few prominent takes from the article below:
"Just 29,780 people turned up at the SCG on a perfect night for football β the worst attendance figure for a derby at Moore Park in five seasons."
"the Giants did not have significant representation in the stands, despite the fact they are shaping as genuine premiership contenders again this year." Which begs the question where were there 27k 'members'? Oh that's right.....that's just a lie lololol!!!!!!!
"I think, again, it just shows you how difficult the Sydney market can be."
So lets see what happens from here. If the Swans do bottom out for a few seasons, as predicted, home crowds will be as sparse as the former Blacktown mob. Reality will set in. Beatup will retreat to the jungle full time. Gilty will be working overtime spinning positive propaganda.
This could be a funny ride lolol!!!!!

Not excuses . Facts .
So how come none of the nrlol teams have had the success crowd wise like the swans have!Terry wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 11:14 amThe Swans beaten again. Now sit last on the ladder. Lets see how low the fumbling game can go in ol' Sydney town.
GWS won and are at the top of the table. Problem is no one cares. Fox ratings of 50k for yesterdays game. Yep........50k. Is that the lowest ever recorded for the fumbling game?
Things aren't looking good. Luckily I'll keep the good folks here informed as the slide continues. Stay tuned!!!!!

They have been in Sydney 90 years and most have had long periods of success?
Or the Storm Melbourne?
One became the biggest team in Sydney & Storm remain the most minnow team in Melbourne!
And the storm have still been more successful!AFLcrap1 wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 12:09 pmOh dearNrlolol wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 11:24 amSo how come none of the nrlol teams have had the success crowd wise like the swans have!Terry wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 11:14 amThe Swans beaten again. Draft or salary cap concessions dont reult in larger crowds, otherwise the Suns and GWS would have huge crowds. They dont guarantee success either.AFLcrap1 wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 12:09 pmOh dearNrlolol wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 11:24 amSo how come none of the nrlol teams have had the success crowd wise like the swans have!Terry wrote: βSun May 05, 2019 11:14 amThe Swans beaten again. Ensuring success means more supporters .& afl house ensured through the cheating Vila that they were successful
I mentioned this previously but was ignored by you mob .
We hear from the fumblers how the lions when they climb the ladder & are playing well ...the crowds will return .
What does that tell you .
