Lol I'm smarter than you .& I'm not brainwashed & can accept when my sport is doing badly in some departments
When people say a fraction ..it's usually meant in the context of a tiny amount .
Not a touch under 1/3 of the comp .

You spend your entire posting life on here trying to trivialise any negative about your sport .
Downplay it....
Anything but admit that there's plenty wrong .

Cognitive dissonance ....
Just can't ever accept that the perfect AFL are not so perfect .
So when shown that they are not doing do well you start the trivialising..the but butting .
The excuses as to why this is so .
Why it's really different to the facts .
5/18th is a fraction you mental midget

Yes I downplay issues you guys over-emphasise, sue me.

No I dont think everything in AFL land is perfect, there are many issues. However, they are nowhere near as big as you guys make out. Claims such as the AFL is a more racist or homophobic sport than RL are just ignorant biased rubbish, and I'm happy to shoot them down. Call that cognitive dissonance or whatever you want, I dont care. Your posts are the same, they just come from the opposite angle

Yes I know 5/18 is a fraction .

When fraction is used to describe something as I said above & you ignored it's usually a tiny amount .

Nearly 1/3 of your comp,is not a tiny amount .

Lol
I can't sue you for being brainwashed .
All i can do as others do is try to help you see the truth .
& accept things which you have massive troubles accepting .

That has been in the works in Springfield for a couple of decades now as part of the whole new satellite city that is being built!

The broncos get their fair share of government funding as well along with dream stadium deals!

Yes i know it has been in the work for the last couple of years..
but still a big investment...
for something that is niche sport, gosh they do get great funding and deals.

The Brisbane Broncos are alot more popular...

what have them been given in the past 20 years.

THE Brisbane Broncos have given us a sneak peek at their new training facility: A $26 million colossus modelled on the NFL.
It doesn’t open until late January but foxsports.com.au was given an exclusive tour of Brisbane’s new $26 million training and administration centre

(still shy of 44 million)

But but but
And yet we don’t see the broncos or nrlol paying for anything or investing anything back!
Nrlol logic 101

You underestimate the popularity of afl in Qld in general as proven buy its strong leagues all up the coast line

One of the board members sharpness, company is developing most of the whole spring field are

The plans for a stadium there has literally been in for works for decades!
I brought an investment property down that way in 2009 and there was bill board for itnback then as was one of the sales pitches even back then

why i will say it is hard measure with the LIONS AND SUNS
as they have been absolutely hopeless..

Yes AFL is played at club level / Grassroots in quite good numbers..
but RUGBY LEAGUE Still is KING by a long way...

Which i dont get why the NRL does not put another team here >
to capture the media and sponsorship and Population.

I recently just moved to the Gold Coast as of last year..
Yes i know it has been talked about for a number years before i even came here..

Brisbane could easily have 1 more team in either
The North > redlciffe
The West > Ipswich

i would go with one of these teams to leave Brisbane Broncos (with Brisbane)

Gold Coast Suns report a comprehensive profit of $1,160,912. on revenue of $40.04m in 2018, including AFL derived Revenue of $23.7m. This included the waiving of 1.9m in sinking fund arrears by Stadium QLD.

lol lol

Is this basically saying they only profited because of the MASSIVE amount from the AFL

Dont all clubs profit from their respective competition heads? I'm sure no NRL club would make a profit without substantial NRL contributions. Yes the Suns have around double or more contribution, but they're a struggling expansion club in a competitive sporting club's graveyard. What do you expect?
