What an awesome turnout on Sunday at Adelaide Oval for the first AFL game. It was just like watching footy from the old days with the Adelaide Oval scoreboard and a true footy atmosphere.

Agreed, it was great to see such a bumper crowd on Sunday. Adelaide Oval is the future of footy in SA. Good to see the AFL have put in place measures/contracts to ensure no NRL is played on the ground so we maintain a perfect surface too.

If the NRL wants to play games in Adelaide, they need to contribute funds to stadium construction and upkeep like the AFL always has. So sick of the pathetic handout mentality of the NRL. Fuck off scumbags.

Adelaide Oval will the great for both the Power and Crows and SA football in general. Looking forward to going to a Swans away game there once it's ready.
