ACT Kangaroos has a good ring to it..
they could easily Average 20k in a suitable Stadium
A ring to it is all it will ever be , flogball house allowed the grants to play games in Canberra initially due to the near non existent interest in them in Sydney & the $ on offer , & won't deviate from this set up.
Plus they'll be no venue suitable or otherwise other then Manuka for the drops & mongas for the foreseeable future , Barr that dickless little twerp would not dare suddenly find money to spend on an oval , after stating for the last 20 years that there was no money for a new rectangle stadium.

as for a 20K average ... 8-[

GWS have an average of 12k in Canberra and they literally have no fans at all..

Kangaroos with a permanent home (if it were to occur) in Canberra With a new stadium... If it were to happen)
could easily get 20k average.
you have to remember.
they would rely on other fans teams of course.. but 20k would not be out of the question.

Yeah - if the giants can average 12000 in Canberra then certainly then have their own club would see 20000 easily - you’d need to interest Manuka though of course.

there will be no new venue... anytime soon , so they're playing at manuka
also theres a big difference between 3 games ( grants ) & 11 ( pipedream team )
& one played in the dead of winter ( grants) & about 6 ( pipedream team )
plus there is no guarantee this pipe dream team would be as good on field as the grants

average in bad times
8K
average in good times
12K

& seriously what was the last 14 years been about with the grants in Canberra .... they are actually supposed to be a canberra team , laughable as that is , locals .. well ex pats from the mo^ng states or their off spring have invested in them .......

flogball house is NOT .. pulling them out of Canberra

as explained to Fwed , not a chance they do when they have to play 11 games not 3 , & many in temps of 3C in winter & are on the bottom of the ladder
they won't do any better then the grants & more likely will do a lot worse.

The Raiders when they were at their best , one of the finest teams to step onto an RL field in the late 80's & early 90s only averaged 18500 at GIO

the talk is moot anyway
The Grants are staying in Canberra.

AFL would be smart and play a Canberra Team in the day slots majority of the weeks at home.

The Raiders turning up the heat on that fuckstick that heads the Govt in the ACT

Good on the Raiders too , to say the stadium issue in Canberra is a farce & has been for 20 years under labor is like saying fumblers have questionable coordination skills      :(/ :(/
