Ahhh. That is the topic dipshit. Just for your info, coward punches are considered by law as attempted murder these days. A high tackle or squirrel grip in rugby league isn’t. Again, get on topic nlol ya coward!

Gaff has made one huge gaffe, his violent on field assault rates as one of the worst in recent years.
Considering his victim sustained extremely serious injuries, broken teeth and jaw, a harsh penalty was warranted. Eight weeks is way too lenient for this criminal act.
My thoughts on a penalty would be 12 weeks out, very large fine, police criminal charges and huge compensation payout to victim
Does not matter what sport you follow this type of act is criminal and appropriate punishment must be dished out.
I am sure that if I look through the Nrl vaults I will view some shocking acts that shame all.
Coward acts of aggression happen in all sports.
I didn't want a crap name anymore !

Yes you will find some in RL .
Danny Williams did the same ....got 16 weeks ..never played in th NRL again .

As usual the difference in penalties between the afl & nrl are miles apart .

What I think is incredible is the number of commentators, ex players and others lining up to say what a great bloke this Gaff is, how out of character it is and how it's now time to forget about it, heal and move on!!!!!!!

You deadest can't buy soft coverage like this!!!!! Then again.....maybe you can and Gilty does!!! The bubble dwellers just nod in unison and move on whilst the rest of the known world shake their head in disbelief!!!!

Gaff has never been reported in any form of football, juniors, local league, state league, or AFL. It is out of character. It's a relevant point whether you agree or not.

Apparently Eddie McChins opened his mouth again ..cracking a joke on tv about this .

From what I read him & Sam Newman were talking about Nick Kyrgios .what a brat etc .
No argument there
Then Eddie says IIRC if only Gaff has one good punch left in him .

So there you go
Eddie thinks it's a good idea for gaff to kinghit some bloke because he is a brat.

You can't make this stuff up .

There's a bit of outrage on social media ..so the focus will move to poor Eddie .
He's a good bloke
He didn't mean it .
He's under stress
The usual crap acssociated with this game when one of these hicks open their mouth .

rest whatever you want. His character is relevant, and so is his level of remorse.

Apparently Gaff knows the family of the other player, and was even out and about socially with the other player and his brother in recent weeks.

What Gaff did was very careless but IMO he never intended to strike him in the face

Oh......the old 'he played golf with him the week before the game' line that was used by club officials. You do know this was a lie lololololololol!!!!! They never played golf. They never mixed the week before the game. It was all typical AFL lies. And you fell for it lololololololol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Case closed lolololololol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
