What happens when so one can’t pay their rent or Morgage crapper?

Why did the titans end up training at a school and administration was working out of the local council buildings?

Several links were provide btw! Like usual it’s not what you want to hear so you ramble on trying to deflect

Not one of those links backed up your bullshit .
They did not renew the lease & moved to a cheaper training facility .
Yes it was due to financial problems.
But they were not kicked out as you claimed
You lied again .
What the Fuck is wrong with you
You have a major problem telling the truth .

I recan the worst is yet to come for the Giants..

Despite finishing 18th with a 3-19 record, Gold Coast only averaged 850 less in attendance than the finals-bound Giants

The Suns averaged 11,417 people at home, including a home game in Townsville drawing just 7243. While the Giants, who had their fifth consecutive season with a winning record, only managed an average attendance of 12,267

be interesting the see the ladder positions reversed..

Yes the Suns benefit from having a large expat population for sure. As I have said previously many enjoy going to the game and support the suns when their own team is not playing. The GWS don’t have that luxury. GWS is the toughest market I feel for that reason. Building the support base there is the challenge and vital it be done. It is a long haul ... winning is a short term fix... and a necessary one given how low an interest there is in the area but it is the gradual and sustained chipping away over many many years that is required.

So much bullshit in one post .
Not one shred of evidence of being " kicked out"
You lied again ...lol it's a natural talent for you .

They moved because the new owner had the rent @600k
So they trained at a school temporarily while their new training facility was being built .
So unless you can show me where they were kicked out then stop clogging up this thread with your rot .
People or companies move all the time into cheaper rentals .
Doesn't mean they were kicked out .

Oh dear . This is the last time I shall ask
Show where they were kicked out .

Not one mention of being kicked out .

In September 2014, the ABC reported that the Titans would relocate their training facilities from Robina to a new facility at Coomera, although they expected to train at Southport School until the Coomera facility was finished in time for the Commonwealth games in 2018

On topic.... I think the afl are in for the long haul for both but if they had to pick one to stay it would be gws.... that’s where they need to grow as Australian Rules already pretty strong presence on Gold Coast and SEQ as a whole.

true, though the big difference with the two..

IF GWS are to lose, they will be deserted..

SUNS cannot get worse, and it is a great spot for away teams to have a hoilday and watch the footy..

GWS will be a very hard slog...

Indeed agree. I think that is the one positive for the suns, the rusted on support they have now when they can’t go much lower on field. GWS doing really well on the field but support reasonably low and likely bandwagon at that. This is why they are where they are though... afl has to have a presence there and grow the game there ... it is a vital market.
