There's a huge difference between being afraid of something and realising it's a sexist gimmick

What you all need to consider here is, how does having young, perky, half dressed cheers leaders affect the appeal to women to attend a NRlilL game?
Now, we all know how it affects us males.
The same can't be said for the females.

Fumblehouse are just opportunist virtue signallers. They blow with the wind. If they think it makes 'em look good they will do or say anything. In reality they couldn't give a rat's arse. It's all about the image in a moment of time. Kinda cheap, shallow, meaningless........yeah........that's fumblehouse.

lol afraid of cheerleaders? evidence of this? Been to some NRL games (dad an east member) drunk bogans staring at tea towel skirted identical girls. Ignoring their own game. Don't blame them, it is boring.
But then these thickneck fans say we are homophobe then another day we are against girls. Make your mind up.

To me it just seems funny that a footbal code ditched their cheergirls and now makes a huge deal at having gay pride rounds.
Who is AFLs main target audience.
Funny how no other professional league in the world feels the need to have a round making a big deal out of someones sexuality being gay. Only AFL.

The same can't be said for the females.
NFL is the highest attended sport in the world and they have cheerleaders. So that blows the theory out of the water.
Are you saying the same CAN be said for the females?
OMG, have you ever watched an entire match of NFL?
Without cheer leaders the crowd would destroy the stadium out of sheer boredom.
Drying paint has more action.
It's a similar scenario with NRlilL.
Distract them enough so they don't cotton on to just how dog shit boring the game is.
Maybe soccer should look at cheer leaders. Might save on all the brawling.

Haha this comes from someone that likes the two most boring team sports on the planet.. cricket & AFL.
Because I think cricket is rubbish, I watch the gridiron codes in the summer. I like my footy fix when the NRL is not on.
Gridiron is just a better sport than AFL. The whole production, coverage, entertainment and structure of the game makes AFL look very primitive to be honest.
