You are a peanut .wookie is right .the afl has got far far more than 15 million for multiple clubs.
15 mill was, just for the lions recently .
How dumb are you
Youhave been told over & over that all sports get govt funding .
Yet all you do is rave about the NRl getting funding .
You're a dumb hypocrite .
& yes teh cowboys are putting in .
They put in 10 mill towards the stadium & will put about the same towards the training centre .

One simple question .
Why the fuck is it alright for afl clubs to get govt money ..but not alright for NRL clubs .

Oh & this is why I said on topic l
It was no deflection ..it was asking you to discuss the topic not rave with utter shit
Read everyone of your posts again then shut the fuck up!
How do you just receive 250 million in a brand new stadium and facilities and be the sole tenant! Due to aparently the old stadium 25 years old is to old! That the POS team cannot half fill on average turn around and beg and cry for more money from the tax payer due not being afford to put any More than 10 million!
Find raise or different design!

The afl or clubs aren’t exactly having brand new stadiums built for them and clubs who have received payments have been one offs of only a few million & are paying for a large chunk of facilities with their own money

It’s not like they are having full facilities being built and not contributing a cent the nrlol does!
Unlike round AFL stadiums. Four football codes can use Rectangular stadiums. Gridiron, Soccer, Union & League.

So this is why all the best stadiums in Sydney will be "RECTANGULAR".

AFL comes second in this state when it comes to the best sporting facilities.

Hmm interesting developments in light of the NRL begging for another taxpayer funded bailout.

Redeveloped ANZ Stadium no more and all codes to share the money saved appears to be being discussed by government officials.

Gridiron! Lol how many of those games are played in Sydney!

Crowds for most sokka, and bumsniffing games a 15 or 20 seater would be easily suitable

Unlike round NRL stadiums, five football codes can use oval stadiums, Australia Football, Gridiron, Soccer, Union & League plus cricket, baseball and the Olympics. In fact, if it's played on grass, then it can be played on an AFL stadium.
If it's played on grass, then it has been played on an AFL stadium.
Why do the NRL play on ovals if it so bad as you say? !!!!

Surely it is now highly unlikely that additional taxpayer dollars will be used to build or refurbish stadiums anywhere in Australia anytime soon.

Have you ever watched Soccer or League on an oval stadium?

Your too far away from the game in most cases.

Anyways common sense prevailed. ANZ in Homebush is being made permanently rectangular.

Putting the codes that use it most first.
Which is the way it should be.
