by having better facilities
better quality viewing..

the New Parramatta stadium is going to have for rugby league..
will be a 50% lift on games played there..

The issueit’s the fact the age of the venues not being so old and were new venues! Being replaced with new venues or basic full rebuilds as large expense for such snall returns

At the end of the day the best stadiums in Sydney will be for rectangular codes.

Sydney Football Stadium will be demolished and rebuilt, Parramatta is basically ready to go.

All that is left is ANZ at Homebush to be reconfigured to a rectangular ground. As AFL will never use or need it.

And such still little crowds will turn out reflecting the true interest in the rectangular codes while the giants will only continue to grow

The Sydney Football Stadium has already been partially demolished and will be demolished by the time the election arrives with building started by that time.

The contract has been signed. If labour wins, they still won't be able to stop a legally binding building contract mid construction of the new stadium.

As for ANZ in Homebush. AFL and Cricket have no real say for a stadium they will never use. Is inevitable that it will be reconfigured for the sports that use it most.
(Rugby Union, Rugby League, Soccer) Even Gridiron has been played more at ANZ than AFL.

So why would ANZ need to be kept in the wrong field dimensions??
