Trying to compare the two clubs is laughable
When crimes are similar there are various factors taken into account when penalties are handed down .
How many were involved ...lol essingbong 34
Sharks 12
Length that the crim activity went on ...lol essingbong ..easily .

Did the crim club cooperate or try to hinder/stall/threaten When the investigation was on ...lol
One club went all out to hinder ..
Hence the difference in penalties.
Not hard to understand unless you're a brainwashed aflBOT

I realise you're too stupid to understand this, but here goes...

ASADA didnt punish the support staff (coaches etc) or the clubs, they only punished the players and Dank under the WADA code.

The coaches were not punished by ASADA, they were punished by the respective competitions because their actions werent punishable under the WADA code.

Essendon's support staff were heavily punished for employing Dank without any reference checks, and for letting him loose without any checks and balances. The Shark's support staff were not punished anywhere near the same for basically the same offences.

This had NOTHING to do with co-operation with ASADA, this was a non-WADA code matter

I know that dickhead .
Cronulla cooperated with the NRl ,
Essingbong didn't cooperate with the afl .
Threatened to sue them etc .
Get it through your thick fucking head .
The NRl didn't give Cronulla a penalty as big as the afl gave essingbong .
For the reasons I already outlined & you in your usual vicderpian style ..ignored

sorry, but are you THAT fukin stupid???

The staff were punished based on their actions during the season Dank worked at their clubs, NOT based on how the club behaved during and after the investigation overall!!

In fact the AFL outlined the sanctions against Hird, Thompson, and Corcoran immediately after the investigation in August 2014, before the CLUB chose to threaten legal action against the AFL for meddling in the ASADA investigation. Therefore the staff punishments were not related to the club's threats at all. The players are the one's who suffered at the hands of ASADA for the club not co-operating.

You are totally and utterly wrong, as usual

On Wednesday, eight days after the AFL announced it had laid charges against Essendon and the four individuals, chief executive Andrew Demetriou went ahead with the league's intention to release the details in a 34-page document described by AFLPA chief Matt Finnis as shocking and distressing.

https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2013/ ... ts-scandal

Essendon threatened legal action AFTER their staff were charged. Therefore their sanctions were not based on lack of co-operation or the threat of legal action you moron! In fact, one of Essendon's complaints was the joint investigation forced them to co-operate fully with the AFL, not allowing them to refuse to answer ASADA

NRL, leading the way in off season women bashing.

With the league spend millions in "respectful relationship" training for their players.

What's that say for the players......

It seems to me, you sign on with the NRL, you going to need training in "respectful relationships"

What's that say for the league......

Low life breeding ground.

You're wrong, I have a great memory.
And can't stand that this is even an issue in either league.
I've no doubt the AFL will be rocked by another incident some day.
But, you leaguers own the latest occurrences.
And they are dooozies.

Im sure it goes on in all codes but there is a big difference
! the NRL looks into the accusations and if guilty do something about it The AFL sweep it under the carpet whenever possible.

A League players can't be accused of anything because nobody knows there names.
