lol
what about Adelaide and Perth? No good beaches there?
lol. Yeah that's it, Melbournites would rather travel to the GC than an hour to Woolamai or Bell's
lol. Yeah that's it, Melbournites would rather travel to the GC than an hour to Woolamai or Bell's, even though these beaches are as close to Melbourne as the majority of people in Sydney are from good beaches
our beaches are nicer isnt an answer, it's a fukin joke.
That’s all you have but but ratings
Yeah i cannot really answer it either..NlolRL wrote: ↑Wed Jan 30, 2019 1:52 pmI'm not disputing RL is far and away the major code on the GC. I'm asking why NRL fans wont travel to the GC when they are far closer than most of the AFL's away teams?leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Wed Jan 30, 2019 10:02 amAvg Home crowds similar.. to answer your question..
The Tv ratings come into play in this one..
the people in attendance at the game are 50% of the Tv Audience watching on TV
NRL games why they are on par with SUNS
Tv ratings are x 10 the crowd in attendance
also AFL Away support to games kills NRL games..
NRL home games looks like your playing at home
AFL games its split. ( to a netural viewer) alot of games you wouldn't know who is at HOME
Being MELBOURNE GAMES AND SUNS GWS LIONS
yes the Suns have a small following which is hardly surprising given their failure to succeed on the field, the professional sporting culture on the GC, and the fact the Lions already captured most AFL fans in the arealeeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 8:56 amYeah i cannot really answer it either..NlolRL wrote: ↑Wed Jan 30, 2019 1:52 pmI'm not disputing RL is far and away the major code on the GC. AFL generally have a better focus on attending away games for teams
the clubs and afl work together alot better than NRL does.
Membership discounts are offered for away teams in AFL
RUGBY LEAGUE however.. generally is HOME SUPPORT>
What i will say... SUNS are typically out numbered in alot of games.
Is that generally good for there brand and home ground advantage.
Good civilized response.NlolRL wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 9:26 amyes the Suns have a small following which is hardly surprising given their failure to succeed on the field, the professional sporting culture on the GC, and the fact the Lions already captured most AFL fans in the arealeeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 8:56 amYeah i cannot really answer it either..

Due to it being remotely along the lines of what a league fan wants to hear!leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 9:51 amGood civilized response.NlolRL wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 9:26 amyes the Suns have a small following which is hardly surprising given their failure to succeed on the field, the professional sporting culture on the GC, and the fact the Lions already captured most AFL fans in the arealeeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Jan 31, 2019 8:56 am
