Here it says the Gold Coast Titans agreed to a debt repayment schedule in June 2012. Here it says that Darryl Kelly, the Titans part owner, shelled out 5 million as part of the emergency bailout in 2012.

Finally this article says that the NRL took on a 10 million liability when it took on Gold Coast Coast, so theres still considerable debt there that hasnt been sorted.
