Jessica Peris gave evidence in the Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday against her former boyfriend, who is facing 11 domestic violence charges including assault, stalking, intimidation and destroying property.

The former girlfriend of Roosters centre Shaun Kenny-Dowall has made allegations of 11 offences including assault, stalking and intimidation during a nine-month period of their relationship in 2014 and 2015.

However, the 28-year-old NRL star has denied that he was jealous and controlling of his girlfriend, professional track athlete Jessica Peris, during their 18-month relationship.
