More than 105,000 junior attendees have flocked to AFL games around the country as part of the AFL's Kids Go Free month, which provided all kids under the age of 15 free tickets to any match.

105,000 free tickets is that a australian record.

Still a couple rounds to go

Was a very chilly night the SCG last night with 26,226 fans, including me in attendance for Sydney vs Western Bulldogs. Great to see my Swans back in winning form with a decent sized crowd considering the weather we have had in Sydney.

the derps & dropsies hasn't failed to average 30K a game since 1996
if these 105K kids had not gone in these last few weeks ( debatable if they would or not, id say not ) then the awful's average would be under 30K right now

wow
code in crisis

more fun facts
the aflol hasn't averaged less then double the NRL's crowd average in 52 years
1970 was the last time

NSWRL 11,015
VFL 21,780

2022 might be the first year it happens since then

You get a few no doubt. If you live here and follow afl many have Suns as their second team as you get to watch live footy every other week. Not all of course :)
