Yep, and even a season of RU wasn't enough to prepare him for. The fitness required for VFL! He then had a full afl preseason and still wasn't fit enough.King-Eliagh wrote:"ran out of steam"
You are full of freshly shat steamin hot bullshit!
Khunt played half a season (i think it was much less actually) in the vfl because the rest of the time he was in france doing swiss ad commercials with a sherrin as though he was a star of the game and playing for more big bucks in thefrench rugby.

How many touches Xman? Throw their stats up for us.
The way i see it, a fair game for them, Khunt especially, is if they see very little ball and dont make glaring fools of themselves when they do touch it. This is the lows the afl has stooped to in order to promote their game. ITs shameful, lowering the standards. They're stooping lower than $2 hookers down there at afl HQ.

It seems that dave and KE are quite the resident AFL statisticians.

Re: AFL - fittest players in the world of professional sport
Thanks Xman but you didnt provide any stats. But the coaches descriptors say it all really. "Improving" and "encouraging"
That's coach speak for 'these guys are shithouse but we dont wanna talk em down'. Note they could not talk about a good mark, a goal, or significant workloads, or getting their hands on the ball alot, or great disposals, or, perhaps most disappointing, great tackling.
A modern day multimillion dollar farce
I'd put my house on it that all the other teams laugh and joke in the locker rooms about GWS and the GC.

The author of the article described their games, saying they had "impressed".King-Eliagh wrote:Thanks Xman but you didnt provide any stats. But the coaches descriptors say it all really. "Improving" and "encouraging"

So you don't believe the coaches, or the sports analysts. Anyone else?

Re: AFL - fittest players in the world of professional sport
Another cameo to help Xman out;
Folau: 7 kicks and 7 handballs (64.29% efficiency), 3 marks and 5 tackles
Hunt: 4 kicks and 12 handballs (68.75% efficiency), 2 marks and 3 tackles
So both of them got into the teens in disposals, with a pass in efficiency. I'd call that a good game for the both of them.

Re: AFL - fittest players in the world of professional sport
Thanks TLPG, are they legit though? And even if they are i think you're jumping the gun saying a "good game" for them
For the Khunt if he was playing in the middle, they are fairly miserable stats, especially when playing against the worst team in the comp. He's getting one kick a quarter and i'll bet those two marks were uncontested. He's hands down the worst player running around in the afl comp. When will you jerks get it. Khunt is just shithouse and making an absolute mockery of the game. Theres no better way to describe his form. He simply shouldnt be out there as there are literally THOUSANDS of players running round in the lower divisions who would do a better job for less than a 6th of the pay.
The AFL? An organisation with little moral fibre.

They came from the official AFL website. And you can take the rest of that biased anti AFL "no idea about the game" twaddle and shove it up your kyber.

Kyber! That's a pretty funny word and I've never heard it before TLPG ya big hairy kyber!
If you knew anything about the game you'd agree tlpg but you're just too much of a big scared ignorant hairy kyber to understand.
Thanks for the stas though, ya big hairy fat kyber

Re: AFL - fittest players in the world of professional sport
Shut up, idiot. No idea at all and you prove it every time you post. I saw you claim to have first followed the game just ten years ago. I saw my first game live in 1972!! I've umpired for 20 seasons as you already know and seen games live in places like Broome, Carnarvon, Wollongong, the Riverland and many more. Variety and experience that you can only dream of.
Bye!
