and be lucky to be getting a 200 AVG. all this with MEXICO in lockdown.
wonder what the games would be if they were in the afternoon and not Primetime every night
agree the differences to each code, pos and neg to each of there own.The_Wookie wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 5:39 pmnot a but but'leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 5:30 pmnever a but but, just a true stat.. (now show how many FTA games AFL have had compared to NRL
but looking for one.
On average its AFL 44 games shown into any given metro city, 39 for the NRL. And its 95 games to 104 the NRLs way overall.
And tis a game we can all play.
How many nationally broadcast NRL games to the AFL?
How many Fox games shown against FTA?
How many games exclusive to secondary FTA or Fox channels?
etc etc
the excuses can be found wherever you like.
so you think the rise in STV average isnt the result of games being shown on their own?leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 5:32 pmit proves with Monday through to Sunday Scheduling you will get higher figures than the norm of More day Games.NlolRL wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2020 7:00 pmyeah nah. the AFL Schedule right now could no get better from a TV point of view> its a gift from the AFL to the broadcasters.

the main two reasons are Prime time scheduling and lock down.NlolRL wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 6:47 pmso you think the rise in STV average isnt the result of games being shown on their own?leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 5:32 pmit proves with Monday through to Sunday Scheduling you will get higher figures than the norm of More day Games.

I'm sure it would have some affect LOL's, Its probably going to be a factor. As is being shown in prime time and in lockdown. Were not stupid enough to think that Freemantle, or one of your other basketcases being shown in isolation will suddenly make your ratings on PTV as good as the NRL's.
