I'm glad you admit that were king when it comes to PTV. But I seem to recall that last year League had 4 of the top rating 5 shows on FTA and pretty much every year before that. but, but,
Rugby League, the dominant force in Australian sport!

and we're back on SOO. LoL

Play the same game 3 times and that's what happens. Play the afl gf 10 times and the afl would have 10 of the top 15 games. Whoopee do.

You lose game v game ratings on FTA and when stv is added almost everytime

Your delusional! We won on both :FTA and PTV today, just as we did yesterday. You would really be up shitters ditch if you didn't have 4 or 5 games on FTA each week.

Round after round the afl has the highest game, and usually the second too. Thems the facts

And just as pointed out. You are delusional and live in a fantasy world. You have a very selective memory "Oh, no you cant have that - we dont have that (rather we cant match) :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: but we can have 4 of 5 games on FTA :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: and the warriors:blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah:"

nice meldown

Every week both codes go head to head on the most widely available media available, FTA TV, and almost every week the AFL smash the NRL. Most weeks it isnt even close. Dont get angry at me if it shows the AFL's dominance.

As Wookie points out our seasons, and the make up of those seasons is quiet different.

The only real difference being one is watched by more people than the other

So afl is way ahead of the nrl? Would it be that games are spread out over the week more thus less overlap, contribute to this? More close to like by like?

lol no

more FTA games that is why... More reach more higher figures..
but this does not always mean more money.

fox would pay a higher price for Exclusive rights.

(example Big Bash)

fox paid a higher amount to get exclusive games (which will only rate around 250k)

but if game is on FTA (Big Bash) Avg was like 800k on channel 7

besides the girls playing SOO on Sunshine Coast (1 game)
and speculation of Australia v All Blacks (Aus may play 1 game against Tonga) but they are pushing it as it would be December.

During Origin New Zealand is trying to set up a 3 game Series with Tonga.

(everything is up in the air for international rep fixtures.)

a shame really because there has been a good few years of rep games.

We have more FTA games per round except the last 4 rounds where the NRL have 4 per round. Plus the NRL have more rounds. In the end the number of FTA games is fairly close each year.
