Today I switched over to the fumbler league during a break. A bloke had a kick from directly in front and 10m out, even the commentator was shocked when he missed

good to know your watching Australia's best sport

I'd say it's more a case of everyone needs some comedy relief in their life .

we have NRL crowds for that

What it is is the nrls few reasons to claim they are comparable to the AFL. Pretty much every comparison ends back at soo
Sigh .
Once again
BECAUSE ITS PART OF OUR SEASON .
What don't you understand about that .
You lot love to point out the negatives during SOO time
Yet ignore the positives .

Also once again
Our sport is not a ONE TRICK PONY
Yours is .
So you keep the jealous rants up
We will just keep laughing .

Oh & still you can't answer my question .
How surprising . .
In the too hard basket .

You don't even get One unco point for trying & missing .
I have no issue with it being part of your season. I have a huge issue with SOO being the answer for just about every comparison you guys make. It's 3 games in a season of over 200. If that's your only saving grace good luck to you
You're right about one thing pal, you sure as hell have issues!!!!!!!! Your contnual bleating, whining and moaning is as tiresome as it is laughable.

We get it pal.......you believe you get thrashed in the tv ratings year on year because of your scheduling. In your bizarre world less means more. You get less ratings but it still means your mess is more popular in your contorted logic.

I have said this repeatedly - GET GILTY TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULING!!!!!!! If he doesn't suck it up and stop bleating like a stuck pig. You have what you have.....the numbers are the numbers. Your twisted cognitive function can't change the facts.

I suspect you are now suiting up for a few more laps of the goldfish bowl!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont believe it, I know it based on figures every weekend, including the weekend

 the schedule was chosen by the AFL to balance ratings with attendance, and to attempt to get 27 hours of AFL into a weekend. YOU use the cumulative ratings as evidence of popularity. I'm saying they dont reflect that given the schedules are too different in important area. Well done, you win the cumulative ratings. Bad luck, theyre basically irrelevant when we win almost every similar comparison.

take the NRL's last round. Because of Origin there was no FTA on Thursday night. Just 2 For the round
and many of the best players were missing or backing up after a couple of days . Origin Its just another rugby league match . So why is it you bubble dwelling morons feel so compelled to treat it differently . Is it because it highlights just how pathetic your puerile crappy little 1 dimensional code is??????????????????????

anyone's thoughts on the Rep Round / Origin on Sunday>>

It has made the origin period decrease by 2 weeks. so less disruption..

with sole focus now on the run to the finals
should help with tv figures and crowds

the question is, why do we compare ratings? Why do we compare crowds? Why do we compare any key indicator?

I dont know about you but for me it's to compare popularity. To figure out which sport more Australians follow.

How does comparing a game involving the best players in your entire competition to standard home and away game involving 10% of our competition indicate popularity? All it does is show that SOO format is more popular than the home and away format.

Well thanks captain obvious!

The only way to use ratings to compare popularity is like for like, same as crowds.

Rubbish!
It counts, just not with the NRL.
They are two seperate competitions.
So just to clarify
Last week.
AFL got 4.2m
NRL got 2.8m
And Soo also got 2.8m
It seems one comp is a bit more popular!
