Re: Fight Club - Football Crowds

Nope, except the super bowl, tried, failed, these days I tend to flick over to see the crowd then flick back. Wasn’t praising Fosters, they don’t have CD in the states, a bloke has gotta drink what a bloke has gotta drink. Suns lowest crowd of the round so far, can’t imagine any other game will go l...

Re: AFLX to begin in February in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne

I can’t say I’m glad it’s gone, I can’t say I will miss it, I can only say I once wasted 30 mins giving it a try. Australian Rules is not suited to a short ground unless you got rid off the kicking part of the game, which would mean it wouldn’t be football.

Re: Fight Club - Football Crowds

Dragons vs Titans

“But, sadly, the lowest Kogarah crowd in the joint venture’s 20-year history - a paltry 6532 fans - turned out as the Dragons put the Titans to the sword with a 15-minute second-half point-scoring blitz.”

Re: Is AFL even a real football code.

Rugby League wasn’t born, it was a direct breakaway from Union, most of the Rules Were initially the same.
Rugby League didn’t get to Australia until 1908, that’s 20 years, I guess that’s how you count crowds too!

The crap in your name is the one of the few accurate things you post.

Re: How does it feel knowing Australians embraced Rugby League yet English rejected AFL?

Well Chuckles you make some valid points about overseas sports THE FACTS ARE AFL HAVE NO OTHER COUNTRY TO PLAY THEIR GAME AGAINST. True, don’t think most fans care or even think about it. NO PROFESSIONAL CLUBS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA. True, don’t care, that way we don’t lose players to teams outside Austr...

Re: AngloFL failed global expansion.. next destination

Anglofilly Anglophile is not white based....they love England and try to emulate like doing things that they do like playing their football codes And I didn’t compare anything to the national average, you did, I didn’t mention it. Didn’t boast either, but after your Anglophile disaster, it appears y...

Re: Rugby League crowds around world in 2019

Again, The name should give it away.....Australian Rules, don’t care about overseas... If I were Rugby league fans I would be concerned more about Chuckball here, than the rather poor comps overseas. Australian Rules in name and nature, but only in Australia...... I think the point is, is that you a...
