Re: Do GWS have any REAL supporters??

It's brilliant that they made the GF, specifically because of the way they get to you bitter sooks. The little kiddy giants winning a flag in year 8 would be incredible for building true support. Nobody needs to care up there yet, Melbourne will turn Orange this week. They clearly already keep you u...

Re: Fight Club - Football Crowds

Yes heard them talking of the scheduling of the storm game and what day it was on on the radio and apparently the afl games scheduling came up as a main factor with then apparently preferring the Saturday game rather than going directly up against Richmond and Geelong crowd wise. Smart move I think...

Re: Fight Club - Football Crowds

I know 1 team in particular the AFL won't be wanting to win this week...
I'd be surprised if the Pies got under 70, even against GWS. Should get 90 on Friday.

Just one thread for both and then the mod moves relevant stuff over to the proper thread?
Brilliant, never hear from them again.

But it’s also a fact that some afl games are shown concurrently ?

Re: Battle of Brisbane - NRL Broncos vs AFL Lions

No doubting they're on the bandwagon. As I said - the luxury of an exciting live sport. It'll be interesting to see how a sustained period of success works out for them this time around. "Doesn't happen to the Broncs . They keep their supporters ." ....just isn't impressive for a place the...

Re: Battle of Brisbane - NRL Broncos vs AFL Lions

Lions won 3 premierships & fans still dropped off - this will pass too. Their surge is still happening right now in front of your eyes though my friend. Doesn't take long for the punters to jump back on. They've been a rabble for over a decade - one really good season and here we are. Must be a...

Re: Titans V Thuns

Looks like another win to the suns It'd be great to hear this more often. Apparently the Titans' lack of on-field success is why they're still struggling. Well, the Suns are a perennial basket case whose best players leave year after year - is it a valid excuse for them too? Imagine they actually s...

Re: Drop-in wickets another example of AngloFL ruining Australia

2018/19 season.....A test, ODI's, T20's, BBL, Sheffield Shield. Dependent on days played in test and Sheffield Shield.....yep. In the 2017-18 reporting period they had 11 days of Internationals/BBL/WBBL cricket plus 2 sheffield shield matches. This gives them no more than 19 days play. The two shie...
