I don't know why the sniffers are so upset because the same thing can be said about showing more Thugby coverage on Channel 9 instead of Gem down in Melbourne.

Even though some of the Gather Round games were played at very small venues, the AFL still beat the Thugby for crowd attendances!

I've even heard that a 3rd team in WA is also being concidered.

Thugby fans still think it was a hit when only 61 thousand Americans tuned into the game. A long way to go yet and a very slow burn for the nRL.

So the games rated well in Australia, but they didn't rate in America? What does that tell you? lol. And all the people that channel 9 and Fox Sports interviewed were Aussies, and so we don't know what the Americans think of Thugby? All we know is that they think Thugby League, Thugby Union and AFL ...

Channel 9 and Fox showed Aussies at the game. Where is the interest from the Americans? Plus the #NRLVegas games haven't even made the US ratings list.

Who are the tits? I thought that they were the Gold Coast Trojans. But yes, the AFL are spending 1 billion on grassroots footy in QLD. More and more AFL goal posts are coming up in ALD.

Channel 9 and Fox 1 interviewed many fans at the games, and they were all Aussies except one guy lol. You would think that they would have been asking Americans what they thought of Thugby?

The crowd was inflated, and the game was not shown on Fox 1, (The main network) until 17 minutes into the game. The crowd was full of ex pats and Aussies on Holidays! lol, Top tear of the stadium was empty. V'Landy's thought all his Christmas's had come at once! Varying crowd figures for the game!
