Re: Afl in China - 2019

However did they manage to break even after all those buses went to the wrong venue :hmm: Taxpayers are footing the bill through federal funding & getting nothing in return. Great way to build relationship with China using game they don' t care about. Also state gov sponsorship. And private spo...

Re: AngloFL failed global expansion.. next destination

AngloFL not even close to creating overseas pro league or teams as they can't even generate minimal interest where they go. And not even trying to create them. Or cant you fucking read? China game was intended to bring in sponsors & build local interest via TV - how did that go? Local tv was an...

Re: AngloFL failed global expansion.. next destination

The league has no intention of expanding to include overseas teams or growing professional competition outside Australia, but last i heard AFL South Africa is still a ...

They are exhibiting games and hardly with the exception of taking over China with a few games!

It’s you league loonies who tend to think that is the afls mission
This is how AngloFL insulars are spinning the China failure; "It was merely an exhibition."

A few exhibition games aparently does :-k
Erroneously described as the first time Australian teams play for points in China is now an exhibition game? Lot of backtracking going on here.

Re: As the State of Origin show rolls into WA, one thing stands in the way of an NRL team in Perth

AngloFL so secure they blocked stadiums for FIFA World Cup bid. Grassroots players are irrelevant as shown by on & off field success of Melbourne Storm - Elitist swans boast few locals as well. Plenty of talent for RL in Pacific, UK etc. Makes me laugh how the Anglo Fairy League think they are ...

Exactly how many Sydney players line up for the chardonnay swans every week? Not much difference to the Storm who boast strong crowds & membership.
US hockey successfully expanded beyond traditional areas to incorporate large markets - not many hockey players from Texas or Florida.
