The Homebush stadium should have been bulldozed straight after the Olympics. The place is a shithole and the stadium ain't fit for purpose. Moore park should have been an 80k seater and made Sydney's premier stadium for RL, RU, soccer, GF's, SOO's and all other premium sports events and concerts ...

I think there is some merit to this - I do think, however that Canberra as well as Newcastle - Canberra as it is already a strong Aussie Rules base and crying out for their own team - and Newcastle because it is a large regional area where Rugby League is the dominant game - with a small ...

Whilst I’m not a big fan of Eddie, he does have a strategic mind and some interesting ideas about growing our great game.

How about the always financially struggling North Melbourne relocated, to become the Northern Kangaroos, playing in the Northern Territory and North Queensland?

the NRL's clubs & admin are smarter :cool:

they are not for profit organisations! so maybe the AFL likes to put more back in to RND

the NRL cutting back and using tax payer funds then announce a larger profit in there ...
