if you take out the inflation thats, on such a large sum of money, what is the finer details of the deal, Car sales man Pete will have several clauses and indicators he will have to fill for promoses he made, so by contracrts and he will have introduced some 4 or 5 new teams in to the NRL comp, he ...

what i find hilarious is that the time isnt the point. Its the duration.

if they got that wrong>> at TV tonight what else did he get wrong.

NRL Coverage (pre Game) is not in ratings. and just has entertainment..
so what did that rate.

NRL seem to stuggle coming up with their own initiatives. At the recent grand final it was not missed that the load speakers played chants from other codes to try and engage the crowd in creating an atmosphere. Along with the sound track was crowd noise which was pretty clear as the recorded chant ...

Lions play in a stadium with a far lower capacity and dolphins need to have the kayo numbers removed for a better indication of how all teams are traveling.

google says that the population of Brisbane is 2.8 million and SE region of Queensland is 4.2 million aprox so all up those numbers are ...

its a good metric to use as its the real influence of what is happening at grass roots levels. the greif the RL fans give the Suns and Giants and applaud the Storm and NRL expansion efforts by numbers that are easily manipulated like social media and tv numbers, RL cant convert the kids to ...

But here’s where it gets interesting, and where media articles have missed the point….

TV Tonight has confirmed the AFL Entertainment averaged 2.05 hrs with OzTAM.

The NRL Entertainment was just 9 minutes from 6:29pm to 6:37pm.

Average Home games, dolphins home @ Suncorp only.
Last years in brackets

Broncos 41,893 (40,814)
Lions 31,638 (30,598)
Dolphins 26,382 (24,715)

So…wrong, right, wrong.

Broncos did well considering their season
Lions up by nearly a thousand.
The Dolphins continue to surprise me.

Next year ...

The contest should be made more fair, maybe Suns against Storm.

The 14 local players the Suns used this year is more local players the Storm have used nearly 30 years

If I did it like a “stranger in a strange land” scenario it wouldn't be much of a competition would it?

Lions, swans ...

Home games played at home: Average crowds.

Suns 17478
Titans 17211

Close again, but Suns win again.
Pity they fell apart at the late part of the season again, very disappointing.

Suns used 14 local players this year, which is the most yet.
However they averaged 10 games this year compared to 12 ...

Dolphins have stated an extra game at Suncorp next season due to growth..
i think after there PRE LIM SELL OUT and Momentum

Dolphins could be nudging 30k in 2027

(yep will be very similar next season for all 3, few K here or there)
