Btw someone referred me to the NRL annual report which shows that the NT is almost on par with WA and VIC as far as club player numbers go.

Just moved up to Alice this yr...Aussie rules is king up here but rugby league/soccer and union all have a presence. Aussie rules has 3 divisions for the seniors..some years there 20 teams, other years up to 30 I'm told. Fluctuates a lot depending on if the outlining communities put a team together....
