ince when does one require a ticket to see the ticker tape parade. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Get back under the rock you crawled out from. I was actually refering to the NRL GF ticket holders tickets. So it's not me who has no idea what I'm talking about thank you very much.

Does the AFL have a Indigenous AFL knoock out competition? Rugby League does. Does the AFL have an Indigenous World sevens team? Rugby League does Is AFL played anywhere else in the world? Rugby League is Not that I'm trying to make comparisons or anything  but if the AFL is soooo big in th...

Go Cowboys. What happened KE, 29-0 . Well Beaussie, I am suprised. Not only are you going against your state (or does that only matter in the AFL and NBL) but also your area of upbringing :( sad stuff beaussie, sad stuff. I'm sick of hearing about the fairytale Wests Tigers. Sydney/NSW is AFL...

So therefore you are conceding that the NRL is actually the biggest code in Sydney/NSW and not the AFL =D> Either way I don't really care about which is the most popular, followed etc. If people enjoy watching the game, then they will watch the game whether it's cock fighting or lawn bowls. And Beau...

One question Beaussie, If AFL is the biggest premiership of any competition, then why are you so threatened by the NRL? I would have thought you'd be sated by the swans winning and the support of the Swans bandwagon across NSW that you would be quitely happy. Obviously not :? Guess there's no pleasi...

In regards to the coverage, I honestly don't think the leading Sydney papers have a quota of pages that they can not go over so if a couple of pages are taken up with the ticker tape parade, then good on them but I don't think it's going to have any impact on the amount that the papers will write ab...

Geez how far do the Swans have to walk in this parade? Are they walking around NSW? From what I can gather the Swans are walking from Circular Quay to Sydney Town hall and is expected to go for a couple of hours, not until after Sunday night . But maybe your right Beaussie, so why don't you hea...

How good was the NRL on the weekend

This is by no means a personal dig at Saint George Illawarra Dragons (SGID) or the Parramatta Eels (PE) but how good was the finals on Saturday night and Sunday. SGID did put up a match for the red hot Tigers which was a more than I could say for the PE. With that as well, what about the fn' Queensl...

I feel your pain Beaussie in regards to ground allocation. When you were complaining about Telstra Stadium being booked for the Wests Tigers/NFQ Cows match a few weeks ago, the same has happened again with this weekends NRL finals matches. With 2 Sydney teams playing at Aussie Stadium (being Wests T...

Anasta is taylor made for the roosters

Was it fate or was it just good timing? I'm not sure but Braith Anasta is a rooster through and through. His atitude and game presence is the perfect mould for the latte sipping eastern suburbs team. His sooky tamtrum throwing ways (after he gets tackled) is the equivilant to his new coaches post ma...

That's fine beausssie, of cause it's a big thing. A sydney team has never won a VFL/AFL premiership. The last time a sydney team won a NSWRL/ARL/NRL grandfinal was...mmm....let me think....ohh that's right, last year, and the year before that, and the year before that....
