Re: AFL & NRL Footy Crowds - 2025
So over 13000 - on a cold and sometimes rainy day (I was freezing - did have a jumper but should havce put a t-shirt underneath) - although a touch of sun came out later in day - which funnily enough Gerald Wheatley commented on in the broadcast on SEN - was late in the game as was directly ...

Re: AFL & NRL Footy Crowds - 2025
At the Suns game - told they’re expecting 12000. Looks about at least that - but I can have my usual standing spot without any issue so tells me not a big crowd.

The Pies V Suns game - cost me $125.00 dollars for a concession ticket for my son. Cheapest seat available. I get mine for free as a member - even though it is ticketed only.

Re: AFL chief executive Andrew Dillon tells Darwin to start building for potential team push
Freddy, there will never ever be a team in Darwin or Newcastle. And the only chance Canberra has is if the Big Dill moves GWS there lock stock and barrel. And they'd still be solely reliant on fumblehouse for their existence.
The AFL is maxxed out pal. No further fulltime 'expansion' will ...

Re: AFL & NRL Footy Crowds - 2025
I think it is the bi-weekly regular games that will be of interest. You'd expect when they start it should be decent enough - and a sold out first game you'd think. But from there - with just locals ?? That will be the test - but even if not large or decent crowds in first few years, the idea is to ...

Re: AFL chief executive Andrew Dillon tells Darwin to start building for potential team push
Whilst I’m not a big fan of Eddie, he does have a strategic mind and some interesting ideas about growing our great game.
How about the always financially struggling North Melbourne relocated, to become the Northern Kangaroos, playing in the Northern Territory and North Queensland?

Re: TV RIGHTS KICK OFF
we have no recent data on this, i think it has been years since anything of this kind has been released in detail.
