Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
i was at the game last year, when Titans were having a better season same crowd too 25k
and was easily 70% titans 30% Broncos
this year however that Broncos Figure would be higher..
but hey Titans are dead last
Yeah - but also remember this is Rugby League heartland - so for GC to get ...

Re: How is skinnywhiteflogball a sport ?

both codes can co exist the NRL even with imaginary war that you lot try and claim the codes ...

Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
Yes - saw that - shows the Suns still have some way to go.

that will win hearts and minds
Yes - and it was good to see a decent amount of Suns supporters there - I note even the commentators made mention of the support in the crowd ...

Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
No - not at Carrara. There are people who may have reserved seats but don’t think that would account for the 2000 plus not there.

Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
Crowd was just over 22000 which was a bit dissapointing - but still good. What was good was there was plenty of suns supporters there - and passionate ones - still massively favoured the pies but way more than previous games where is was like 90 percent pies supporters.

Re: AFL & NRL Footy Crowds - 2025

which was $10.00 plus $7 ticketek fee.
I went to a Collingwood game last year and paid $23.00 total for tier 1
Oh okay.
how'd you get that? At Cararra? Let us in on your secret there Leroy - paid ...

Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
As I thought - the suns have just released a limited amount of tickets - so I guess they reconfigured the seating or got rid of some promo area or something.

Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
They are expecting about 24000 - hoping to break the record which is just over 24000 - which for all intents and purposes is a sell-out. Holds 25000 it says but think a lot of that is standing room. I did hear that they have configured the ground to allow more standing room - although as you cannot ...

Re: Battle of the Gold Coast
Nights are cold now no matter how good the day is. Was at beachmont hotel last night and they had the camp fires burning and outside heater. Was chilli. Wore pants for the first time in a long while.
