Hahaha its called being ironic......there is another thread on this site by RL posters declaring the virtues of Pacific expansion, yet those same posters decrying AFL possible directions in the future. Sorry to have to spell it out for you but you dont get subtle points.

That may be so but again a country of 10900 with the average sallary of 23k US is not going to support an NRL club. Again a subtle point which you cant grasp.

Really I thought RU was their main sport? But isnt GWS membership, crowds, merchandise sales and participation grown since introduced??? By your logic with Tonga and Fiji it has embraced it (which I am not saying is the case and whilst good there is a long way to go). Given RL has over 100 year presence in Europe and AFL bearly 20 years and in some cases less than 10 years Id say RL is in no position to criticise. (The RLWC is no example due to its rule allowing anyone whos heard of the cpuntry eligible to play for that country rule!)
