i do not think fudging happens in Australian Sports.
i strongly do not agree that all finals matches in the NRL were fudged.

I note the article doesn't name any source apart from mysterious 'leaked document's'. No names named, no document shown, nothing. The NRL source stated they were happy the numbers were accurate. The article was in a Qld paper that is agitating for the GF to be taken to Brisbane. Obvious agenda for the story. There is every chance the story is total BS.
