Are you sure that's right
The way the AFLOL media carried on you'd think women's sport was invented in 2017 by the AFLOL .

So we've had plenty of women's teams playing other sports for many a year .
No big deal .
Yet one mob carry on about it
Lol
No prizes for guessing .

Another great game last night, Tuesday night in Newcastle and get over 16,000 at the game. Sorry AFL but these families had to pay to watch this game, something your AFLW wouldn't know about.

If this keeps up I might have to admit I was wrong, the AFLW might be gone in less than 5 years.

I bet the AFL HQ are preying Australia doesn't bid for the Womens World Cup. If Australia got it, they would be very nervous. all there active growth will disappear, all those young girls will flee AFL.

FFA will need to become better at lobbying local Councils to provide extra playing space, hopefully at the expense of all those lying AFL administrators up here in Sydney
Westfield Matilders
Great to see the lowy and his business west field continue to prop up the busted arsed soccer in Australia again

The afl administrations wouldn't give a shit what your little soccer game is doing in Australia.

As the afl season ends & nrlol :(/ season ends while we wait for crickey season, the aye league will start, the first round will attract ok crowds and then fall away and has the sokka fan boys shooting off "the sleeping giant has awoken" like every year people will quickly tire of the boring crap and move on
You mean one of the worlds largest Retail businesses, sponsoring a team (as well as one of the sponsors of a league) comprised of that businesses largest demographics, ie 15-40 year old females.

I don't have a marketing degree but I have studied it at Uni and to me that represents a textbook tie in anyone's language. But as usual you don't seem bright enough to understand that.
What you mean the lowly business :(/ a

I know you are not the brightest, and it is clearly in evidence here. I am talking about

The company is actually Scentre group who manages Westfields in Australia, and Lowy's are a very small share holder and only have one non-exec and no executive board roles.

But this company has $40 billion in assets and a profit of almost $3 billion.

I know hard for you to understand all of that isn't. So I ask again, because you appear to have ignored it, or have been too stupid to answer it. Why wouldn't Westfields sponsor a team and be 1 of the sponsors of a League aimed at it's largest demographics ie Women 15-40?

The Matildas have a great reputation, don't have the issues associated with AFL teams like Essedon etc, I know I know hard for you to get your addled brain around. But answer me, why shouldn't they sponsor them?

And the AFLW were desperate to entice Sam Kerr over, offered her significantly more than she is on now. Her response to the upteenth time she has been asked (you AFL focused media fanboys need to get a better question) words to the effect of Football lets me play around the world, in world cups and the olympics. AFL can't.

Brilliant
Funny how AFL is always trying to steal players from other sports.
And why would Sam Kerr want to play a game that is'nt even a recognised sport outside Australia.
Soccer has everything over AFL. Is no comparison.

It's no wonder they steal from other sports. The standard and quality of the ladies game was the lowest in world sports. They desperately need coordinated and skilled athletes from somewhere.

Is as much a laughing stock as their AFL China match. All hype turning to nothing.

The Lowys still chair Westfield Corporation, quite the separate entity from Scentre.
Yes, but Westfield Corp is the overseas holdings in the US, England and I believe Ireland. Scentre is Australia and New Zealand
