Won't be a medal option this time, they are hoping the one after (imagine if it's South Africa as hosts and they have to allow RL because it's the COMM games?) :<> :<> :<>

FFS you blokes are dreaming don't you need more than two countries who actually play it? Hilarious!

Says the convicted drunk driver of a journo who throws stones, can't even admit that with Canada, that's 3 countries already playing RL you spaz as New Zealand plays in an Australian comp. Oh shit, then there are all the neighbours of said New Zealand and Australia who all so happen to play Rugby League as well.

That's near more countries playing in this neigbourhood alone than all the teams in your top and only lonely League, aye shithead.

LOL

Would've been better if you posted in GREEN you old COW :(/ :(/ :(/

Welcome to the Rugby League family Toronto, and I thought afl was supposed to be bigger than RL in Canada, REMEMBER THAT COS789, Bahaha hahahahahahaahahahaahahahahahaah

Seriously - this is not an organic team this is just a publicity stunt!
A publicity stunt that international news services covered and is at the top of it's reserve grade league.

Wish they had that Channel on fox.

Yeah they got over 7,000 for their second home game. Canadians seem to be liking Rugby League.

definitely potential there for rugby league

When Canada play USA upwards of 10k at the game.

This will only expand the game.

I also hope another French team gets into the Super League. 1st or 2nd division
Will this Canadian side be up to the same standard as the super league? Or you think standard not up there. Super league pretty decent comp
Will not be SL standard until they can make Super League because of the Salary caps in the different divisions, they'll be a good side tho, already sighed up a few older ex pros, so they won't be slouches by the looks of it, these older guys will bring a mountain of experience with them and the coach they got is a SL, Challenge Cup winning ex Great Britain coach and player, also ex cop so they look to be in good hands.
Salary cap is the same in all divs it's 1.8mil pounds hence why they are able to have a team full of professionals.

They just lost to devils a few weeks back in the challenge Cup so they are of a good stands hence why they are smashing teams in their comp. they will buy better players when/if they get to super league.

Yeah they could probably be competitive in the Superleague right now.

But it looks like a one step at a time process.

Good stuff, the Rugby League family continues to grow.
Hahaha a very inbreed family indeed! LOL
Ah the jealousy for the fumbler fan knowing AFL can't get a real team outside Australia. :(/
