Great news for the super league.
definitely potential there for rugby league

When Canada play USA upwards of 10k at the game.

This will only expand the game.

I also hope another French team gets into the Super League. 1st or 2nd division

Will this Canadian side be up to the same standard as the super league? Or you think standard not up there. Super league pretty decent comp

They will be starting in the lower tiers and have to work their way up just like the others, Toulouse look the goods this season to go from Championship 1 up to the championship, if they win again next season, they will get into Super League. Toronto will probably start in the same division altho this article says they may start in the championship just below SL. It's going to be hard for them but if they think they can do it and they are willing to back it with their own money as they have put forward, let them have a crack.

I think i read somewhere the people behind the club want at least 5 local Canadians playing at all times, I hope they have all the success in the world. Ballsy move.

Will not be SL standard until they can make Super League because of the Salary caps in the different divisions, they'll be a good side tho, already sighed up a few older ex pros, so they won't be slouches by the looks of it, these older guys will bring a mountain of experience with them and the coach they got is a SL, Challenge Cup winning ex Great Britain coach and player, also ex cop so they look to be in good hands.

I don't think up to Super League standard (maybe 2nd division ) where they will play for a while.

I think you would have to give them a few years at least.
