Not only that, the NRL has 20 games of Fox per month compared to the AFL with 36 games per month shown on Fox.

many of the fox games are shown are simulcast with C7 FTA coverage. many AFL games run are played at the same time as each other.
the NRLOL rarely does this, & C9 & foxtel do not either.
the NRLOL only care about its ratings average where the AFL does not

When we used the delayed game on FTA as a reason for lower ratings we were told
Well it's the NRLs fault for accepting that deal with the media .
Afl got a far better deal ....look at us all games live ...far far better deal .

If thats an excuse then so is the NRL's claim the regionals should be added to the metro ratings. Lets go back to counting metros only

regionals exist as part of your overall audience because the same game is shown to both. FTA and Fox exist as ours overall audience because of the same reason
