KE's off with the pixies, Swans. He doesn't understand the game and that's the core reason why I'm certain he never played it for points in Alice Springs and only played Division 5 in Sydney (based on believing Beau only). He wants to put himself over as an expert, but he knows no more about it than I know about thugby.

Ur just jealous lg. if you believe beaussie then you'll agree I also played in Alice springs. And I can confirm I've played well above div 5 :D

Members tlpgs just jealous because the best he's done on field is ump under 12s. While I've played men's and achieved best on ground a few times :D

GWS managed 12 goals for the game. This was better than what they were doing in their first year, and reflects on their improvement this season.

You should leave this forum, King Eliagh. This is not the place to start fights.

No I should stay on this forum. It's become more popular since I began posting interesting and provocative threads here which is great for discussion and great for talking footy. :D

Gws scored more than 12 goals plenty of times in 2012 but granted, I agree they have improved since 2012. This is not because the afl's expansion plan has worked and the original team of youngsters are improving like many silly folk have thought and said. No, it's solely because they recruited 4-5 afl professional men and got rid of 4-5 of their pip squirt teens. Still the improvement is little and I still predict em to come last. If they're lucky and catch teams asleep/comatose like the swans, then they might snag second last.

What's others thoughts? Anyone still thinking 10th?

"Provocative threads".

Very appropriate term and it's why you need to leave this forum. Your provocational behaviour is unacceptable. When GWS were thrashed in their first season they never scored 12 goals that I remember. They only scored 12 goals when they were competitive on the odd occasion they were in that time.

I provoke robust discussion on relevant issues in the afl. I contribute more than a one liner spambotesque assessment of matters also. This both informs and provokes discussion and talking footy, exactly what this forum is all about. I'll also have a chat about who I think will win, who the best players are etc but I also discuss issues, problems and possibilities. If this level of discussion and interrogation disturbs you cracker then I suggest you leave this forum and go back to a place where everything is warm and cosy and there's no need for understanding how the afl could be better... Perhaps the womb is a more suitable place for you to hangout?

You bet I have! 32 in total plus 30 reserve grade including two finals! 62 open age games - which would be way more than KE has played!

For the record - 800 exactly in all three disciplines as of the weekend just gone.

=D> Well done lg!

I think I've taken the field a few less times in the seniors maybe 5-10 less. You know umpiring and I know playing, we'd make a darn good team if we joined forces. I'll start a thread where we can! :thumbleft:

West Sydney in 2012 - 46.2%
West Sydney in 2013 - 51.0%
West Sydney in 2014 (so far) - 71.3%

I call that a clear improvement, and in 2014 there are two teams with a worse percentage - Brisbane and St.Kilda.
