I work for the Sydney AFL. Our parent organisation is AFL New South Wales/ACT. The leagues outside of the Riverina region are the Black Diamond AFL, the Central West AFL, the North Coast AFL, the Sapphire Coast AFL, the South Coast AFL and the Tamworth AFL. Not to mention the Queensland affiliated Summerland AFL.

See all those AFL's? That's the name of the game up here, whether you like it or not. When you called it AFL in the past, you did not make a mistake. You were correct, assuming that you played in this region or in Queensland.
