A team is never in crisis when leading the comp.
he said game, which is what some on here have been saying
yes I know,
but a team that is performing well in the AFL will always usually be attended well..
especially West Coast.
Over 50k on a Thursday night with a few thousand opposition supporters is very impressive. Of course Terry thinks it's because there's nothing else to do in perth. I wonder what things people do in sydney on Thursday night that keeps them away from the nrl?

I tell ya 1 thing.. Traffic lol that is what they are doing..
1 side of Sydney to the other by car prob takes ya 90mins to 2hours easy on a Thursday / Friday night.

don't worry with less road works being done in Melbourne & increasing population you guys will soon experience this.

you honestly think the traffic is much better in Melbourne? I live on the opposite side of the city to the airport and it would take me 1.5 to 2 hours to get to the airport in peak hour. It regularly takes me an hour to get home from one outer SE suburb to another

yeah it is worst>> its been stated before..

just like your MOST LIVEABLE CITY IN THE WORLD ARGUMENT>>

also to add Sydney got voted for being so shocking for traffic.
at the moment it is a construction zone and will be a lot better in about 3-5 years.

Sydney also has the most tolls in the world...
also Sydney last year had more cranes at work sites and constructions zones
than most big cities in the world

and triple the amount of Melbourne!

so yes Sydney Traffic is worse. :)))

I agree it's worse, but other cities also battle poor traffic. Really, it's a poor excuse for not watching your sport live

Just thought I would fill you in..
south coast racing cancelled all races that day and night..

6933**
Raining all day up until 6-7pm
in the Sydney basin and south coast..
what did you expect at suburban ground...

standard for NRL at these grounds>> it rains crowds will be below 8k mark

the price you pay for playing at your local ground.

as I said, just the usual. Doesnt mean the differences between the sports shouldnt be highlighted, just like you guys highlight the differences in ratings between SOO and home and away AFL games

League fans elsewhere reporting that crowd was fudged. Lucky to half that number in crowd apparently.

But, but, but, League fans love suburban grounds. lol
