FINALS COUNTDOWN

Post by rosize »

I thought this round looked fairly straight forward. Only the Raiders vs Tigers and Rabbitohs vs Roosters creates a bit of interest. See if I don't eat my words come Monday night when all games are over.

Will some teams freshen up their players by giving them a rest for a week?

Well! There was a couple of upsets. The Bulldogs getting thrashed and Cowboys losing at home. Don't know why I went for the Roosters to beat the Rabbitohs. I'll learn from that.

Would love to see the Titans do well in the finals. Not a massive NRL fan, watch it when Titans/Tigers/Storm play though.

How many weeks left till the finals?

Kaskill - How are you feeling about the Storm? I reckon they'll still beat the Knights without the star player.

Boy! Got that one wrong. The Storm minus one very good player could not beat the Knights.

Some good games this week. I like the Sea Eagles and Raiders. Can't separate the Eels and Tigers. Will flip a coin.

You maybe right. They are now equal on points with the Dragons on 36. Will you be happy if they are just minor premiers? This year is a pretty even competition for the top 4 or 5 teams. Home ground advantage in the finals will be very handy.

dogmaniac - you are a day away from your wish coming true. The dragons have faltered big time......three losses in a row. I thought they were the best team around a month ago, but the rest of the field is starting to fire-up..
