as we've seen, many racist incidents in the NRL go unreported, which means they are happening, we just dont hear about them. I would much rather a sport where players and fans take a stand against the few morons who think they can behave that way

we hear about these incidents so the public is at least aware. It's the continued failure by NRL fans and players to report racist that gives you the laughable idea the NRL isnt also significantly effected by racism. Maybe it's so ingrained that fans think action will be futile.

Goodes stands up against racism from a crowd member. Afl investigates.. afl crowds begin booing goodes en masse every time he touches the ball. Afl fans defend girl and attack goodes en masse online.
