You gunna quote me be accurate, never claimed one uppance what i did say that unless RL has 4 to 5 times the amount than the AFL then this thread a fail. I know you have a hard time comprending anything other than your own reflecting but it might pay to at least be accurate.King-Eliagh wrote: ↑Sun Mar 04, 2018 9:20 pmhilarious! By memory I cannot think of many top 25 players in clubs in the NRL comp that are African.
Ederic Lee comes to memory
rugby leagues influence in the pacific
35% of 1st graders are from FIJI SOMAO TONGA NZ PNG COOK ISLANDS

Re: Rugby League a growing sport amongst Africans in Western Sydney
Im not disputing that RL is making inroads into the African Australian community (and for the record IMO NRL has a high participation and support among pacific island Australians) but to hold up the NRL's inroads into the African community as something beyondd the AFL is really just BS. They made the claim now their backpedaling!leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Mon Mar 05, 2018 2:24 pmBy memory I cannot think of many top 25 players in clubs in the NRL comp that are African.

I think half cast is actually a racist term Leeroy, it means half pure. Not criticising just saying.

Ha 5 players lol.. Out of a few hundred white Aussie players.Swans4ever wrote: ↑Sun Mar 04, 2018 10:59 amAll are current players but my paranoid ol chum check away. Now I'm just guessing
But I'd bet some of those have not even played 5 games in the last few years .
My money would be on clubs being told to have someone from overseas on the playing roster to show how multicultural they are .
You only have to give them a few games ..for Propaganda purposes then never have to play them again .
It's All in the name of the image .
I will check later .
How many Polynesians play AFL? Is 40% of the NRL.
And the way Africans love to play NFL, will only be a matter of time till they start breaking into first grade NRL.
AFL is trying to emulate rectangular structured football codes in an effort to go international. But just keeps flopping and failing.

Wikipedia lists currently 14 players born in or a parent with Fiji, Tonga or New Zealand. Considering there are many Koori (10% of all players https://www.creativespirits.info/aborig ... statistics and OS (either born or parents) players your few hindred WHITE players is obviously an ill informed and ignorant comment. Furthermore there are over 700 afl players so ago your way off.
Theres no evidence AFRICAN's love to play NFL, (Maybe NBA) certainly African Americans seem to play NFL. Africans seem to like soccer in both cases there isnt a lot of choice to play other sports the American school and collage heavily favours NFL and in Africa it seems poverty plays a large part with access to other sports. Overall pretty ill informed and ignorant comments.

All these so called Polynesians players, and yet AFL can't field one decent team to compete against Australia. Not even in NZ.Swans4ever wrote: ↑Fri Mar 09, 2018 10:06 amJust to correct you,NRL&NFLweLaughATafl wrote: ↑Thu Mar 08, 2018 11:08 pmHa 5 players lol..
