[-( You really must be desperate . Having to resort to cherry picking the week that the AFL had 5.5 matches.
what? :hmm:

What the hell are you talking about??? :-k

Can you see your post? and are you aware of what you quoted?
Weekly Top 5
. Besides , Morgan only includes part of rugby league and only uses Twitter figures.
Nielsen use data from facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedl, and Pinterest.

I guess how far the AFL's ratings have fallen would be a very hot subject at the moment

What have tests and origin got to do with last week's social media results, or the posted figures for a few weeks ago?

This is your thread boasting about how the NRL is leading the way. I showed you another area where they are way behind. Your figures are 4 years old too. Stop deflecting ffs

Cherry picking one week of the year....when it's the second biggest game of the year in fumbleball & then trying to use those figures to show some superiority .

1. I showed 2 different week's results, not one, so you're either lying, stupid, or blind
2. Even accounting for the ANZAC day game the AFL filled positions 2-4, and these games were not our second biggest games of the year, yet still well ahead of the NRL
3. Even the A league beat the NRL :(/
4. The AFL easily beat the NRL in the other week's results I showed. It wasnt even close! :\:

The stupidity that comes out of your mouth is just quite amazing at times. These people have researched this over a number of years and found that rugby league is number 1 on social media They haven't just cherry picked a few Royh Morgan- polls and tried to make out it actually meant something.

And In this case it was just the results from the NRL competition included - no rep football. Which is very, very popular on social media.

The most popular AFL team, Collington appears in 3rd position . If the Australia Kangaroos, the Blues and Marons were included then Colligton would be relegated to 6th place - Wow how shithouse.

I was very impressed to see that Melbourne Storm where the 2nd most popular football team in Australia on social Media ahead of Collington and behind just the Brisbane Broncos. And as you point out, the research is a few years old . Maybe there number one now! :\:

I have no idea what you are on about!

The results i posted are not roy morgan polls, they are nielsen's social media results based on traffic from facebook, twitter and numerous other media, and show individual weeks. In these results, where both codes had a full round of games, the AFL had numerous games that crucified the NRL. Infact even the A league beat the NRL in one week.

Do you concede that is what they show or not? If not, why?

What part is it your having trouble understanding? .............this time [-(

Are you having trouble coming to grips with the fact that a coupe of weekly polls have virtually no credibility when compared to a 3 year study on the topic.

So youre saying the results of these 2 weeks of data is incorrect?

Based on what other evidence?

OK, I'll make this easy for you pussycat. Here are the ways Nielsen get their social media data:
https://www.nielsen.com/content/dam/cor ... report.pdf
This TV season (2016), Nielsen measured series television chatter across Facebook and Twitter for the first time
So Nielsen measure internet traffic. The link you posted measured 'likes' on facebook and twitter accounts. It had nothing to do with social media traffic. Add to that it is 4 years old and completely irrelevant in 2018. Even further, likes on facebook or twitter accounts are a one-off event. Social media traffic is continual so it demonstrates the latest public interests
