For the sane poster's here: It is very simple to find out where GWS players come from. In a world first I went to their clubs official website and......ummmmm.......looked! I know.....how smart am I????? Genius!!!!!!

And whata ya know - there it was for every man and missing link to see - every player on their list and a bio of where they came from and their junior club.

Incredibly their only west Sydney listed player had no junior club listed. I hope that helps.

I was looking at Sydney and surrounds as this is non afl heartland. Southern nsw has a strong afl presence equal to rl in most parts so don't count that.
