What are you on about .
There's no deflection .
You asked some bizarre question based on ifs ....buts
What ifs .
I laughed at it .because it deserved to be laughed at .

There's no chance in hell that RL will ever be as big as SOKKA in England .
They've lived side by side for about 120 years ...so why would RL suddenly grow bigger .
Get a grip
Your mate sounds about as bright as you .
So why ask stupid questions .

What if Rl becomes big enough in England where it can afford to pay players enough money to entice the best players? Nice and simple for ya.

It’s a discussion point crapper. With Rl growing their international presence and England being a big market I think it is reasonable to discuss or contemplate. It doesn’t have to be the biggest sport just needs to be big enough whereby they can offer more money. Anyway, you can discuss or choose not to I guess.

I would say England R.L is getting stronger>
the funding is getting bigger> crowds are holding
and Tv Figures are very impressive on Sky and BBC for England.

I think NRL would have to stay Plateau for 10 years for the English game to catch up.

neverless they are doing well.

IF your scenario happened.. and the game went leaps and bounds ahead over the next 10 years>

the NRL would have a problem.
The Pound is very strong and would entice many players>
England close to Europe would be another big plus>
Expansion in the English game would cause another problem.

After watching that game in Shanghai. I think there must be serious concerns that the Chinese are preparing to take over the AFL!
