It has come to my attention that some members may be experiencing problems logging in.

If you've been experiencing such problems, please clear your browser cookies and cache and close and restart you browsers for the new settings to take effect.

To delete the cookies stored within the Internet Explorer environment follow the guide below.

In order to delete the cookies you need to open the Internet Options dialogue box within Internet Explorer, so click on TOOLS at the top of the screen, then on INTERNET OPTIONS as shown below:



This will open the Internet Options dialogue box as shown below:



Next, click on the Delete Cookies button as pointed out in the image above.



You will be prompted to confirm the cookie deletion (see image above), simply click the OK button to remove the cookies.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+

Choose “Internet Options” from the Tools menu in IE
Click on the “Privacy” tab.
Click the “Default” button (or manually slide the bar down to “Medium”) under “Settings”.
Click “OK“.

How to delete all of the cookies on your computer

If you want to remove all the cookies from your computer, go to Tools, Internet Options and on the General tab underneath Browsing History, click on Delete.



In the next dialog, click Delete cookies and click Yes when prompted to delete.





For those using Mozilla Firefox, follow the following steps to remove cookies:
