The locals are starting to move towards finals now, with three leagues already having their first week on the weekend just gone and two more starting next weekend.
In New South Wales, the Northern Riverina started their final five last weekend with Barellan knocked out in the elimination final. In Western Australia the Newman and Fortescue leagues started their top three finals with a semi final and a preliminary final respectively.
On the weekend, East Kimberley played their final home and away round in WA whilst the first league in SA played their final round - Far West.
A fist full of leagues play their final rounds on the weekend on August 4 & 5 and we'll also have our first 2007 premier team as the Fortescue league play their grand final.
