I've had some lousy luck over the years with footy forums. Hopefully this time I've found one that doesn't have inconsiderate owners! No offence!
I won't go into details, but anyway......
I'm here mostly for regional footy. Seems that board isn't very active, so maybe (once I get my own "house" in order) I can fire it up.
I'll be dropping in on a couple of other boards as well - like the "War" one and the political one as well.

G'day TLPG and welcome. What do you mean regarding other sites? Does that mean you've been banned from a few sites? If so, join the club.

No, not banned Beau. I left them because they wouldn't behave in a manner that I could accept (I'm referring to Big Footy - the worst - Aus Boards and SA Footy).
I came across this site trying to find another footy forum just by searching. I think there was an ad for here on AFL Online (I didn't join there because they didn't have room for the grass roots).

I mean I was ganged up on and abused for simply sticking up for what I believed in, and the ownership refused to appropriately punish the troublemakers. One person (for example) told me to "jump off a bridge". And meant it as well.

We at AFL Online support grass roots footy it's just at the start of the season we had to ask ourself if there would be enough support for it and we decided there wasn't.
I see you go for the Bullants. I follow them because of the alliance with Carlton. Don't get to there games but will watch them whenever they play on ABC. |
