I posted a new thread in the Society page last night and it has since been deleted.

Surely you did not delete the thread?

I remember when this site was first set up you gave assurances that no posts would be deleted or changed or edited and now this appears to be the second time you have done this to me in the last few weeks.

What is your reasoning for your actions?

Why would you do it?

Doesn't this make you a hypocrite in view of your constant outbursts against League Unlimited for exactly this reason, which in part was why this site was established?

The posts that have been deleted are totally inappropriate, particularly the allegations made. That's all that needs to be said on this matter.

Times change and even you should be able to appreciate that what was said about certain players and an entire club is inappropriate. I make no apologies for deleting posts in those circumstances.

Croc is right, you are being very hypocritical Bea given your previous comments when you started this site.

Also, I was reading an old thread on the Introductions board where you were accusing Croc of posting ander King Elijah's name on some site called "AFL Links" ( whatever the fark that is..).

You offered no proof.

I'm not sure you actually saw what Croc posted about the West Coast Eagles and individual AFL players, but he crossed the line and I had no choice but to err on the side of caution and delete the posts. In all honesty I found his comments to be vulgar and no doubt others would have too.

As for my comments about him posting on AFL links, well we all know it was him. He even boasted about it via his signature.

Remember, it can't be defamation if its true, and I think everybody is already aware of the WC Eagles track record of late...

To delete the post because it was "vulgar" is a bit of a pis poor excuse in my view... these people are public figures, and apparently based on recent events, what they say to each other on the field would be ten times worse then what Croc no doubt put in his post..

Methinks that you are just overly sensitive to any criticism of the AFL, but you are more than happy to allow others to post negative things about NRL and players...

Seriously if you had seen what was posted, you would appreciate why I had to take the actions that I did. Let's not forget that the player in question has also been found by the relevant tribunal as not guily, whether we agree or not.

If it the post I remember, it bordered on allegations of pedophilia. I understood it was tongue in cheek thus responded. However I can understand the reasons for removing it. Not everyone would take it the same way.
