Footy Show Last night
Anyone hear Sam Newman last night on the footy show? He says footy's boring with all of the posession games and flooding etc etc. Does he understand that coaches are coaching for their careers not just for fun, their board want them to win at all costs not make the game a spectacle. Roos and Laidley...

I used to work for the SANFL and was involved in Auskick, the flow on affect Auskick will create in 10, 15, 20 years time is enormous. Auskick has officially been around for 6 years and before then was run at school ovals in an unofficial capacity and run by each state. It needs time to reap the rew...

I think as Sydney supporters you guys have been spoilt over past few years. You have one star and the rest are just hard workers that have responded to your coach. You ran into Rampaging Brisbane two years ago in a Prelim and last year lost a final to the form team St Kilda. They will be around the ...

I agree with all of you, the rules were supposed to be made clearer but people are more confused than ever. Fev does join the illustrious protected species exhibit with Hird and Lloyd. Lloyd should have frees paid against him for diving, why is it that everyone else in the ground and on TV can see b...

Thanks for the welcome, looks like a good sight. I can understand the Vic's point of view at times though. THe interstate teams do get true home games 11 -12 times per year where the crowd is 95%-5%. Vic teams may get a 'home' game but if it's Collingwood 'home' and Essendon 'Away' at the MCG there ...

Aker the mouth
I don't think even Aker is that stupid. There is nothing bigger in sledging than racism, and he surely would not have said it that way. There are a few derogotory names for indigineous people but 'Monkeys' is not a term I've heard of. If he was being racist deliberately he would have surely used a d...

Dean Laidley the sook
Just wondering whether anyone else is frustrated with Dean Laidley being annoyed he has to travel to Adelaide 2 weeks in a row? Poor guy, his team only has to travel 5 weeks this year (other than Manuka) and he's complaining because his team has to do it two weeks straight. How has the Crows run bee...
