Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

Use your brain....if you have one Please elaborate on why they "deserve" this recognition? Or are you too embarrassed because you've been called out on something? called out on what? lol I have worked closely with women’s teams within rugby, both at club and rep level. The amount of work ...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

no lets do it this way lets ignore that in week 1 we had regional figures we didnt get in week 2 but which you've elected to include in week 1's average anyway skewing that data way off base. one week I have two FTA games that rate a certain amount, and i derive an average from the two game metro a...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

It's a pretty basic concept Fred. You are thinking waaaay to far into it.

Say, you play cricket. You bat once, score 32 runs, then get out, and never bat again. So from one complete innings, you scored 32 runs. Therefore, your average is 32...

The fact is that this website forum is well behind my other priorities for posting that information. Like everyone else not on on this fucking forum you can get them from where i post them elsewh...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

Ok. I'll 'dumb' it down for you Wookie. Seen as though you're so keen on talking only about FTA games, we'll just use them. Let me know if you want to use Foxtel statistics too? You'll only be embarrassed more but. Alright. Here goes: Round 1. 3 FTA games. With 1,370,000 veiwers for the 3 games. 1,3...

Re: Fox reports the AFLW tv ratings have quadrupled the male A-League tv ratings

Why the fuck would I do anything you ask now? I called you a "good sport" in the hope you would stop acting like spoilt sport mate. The fact that you're more than willing to put up the tv audience statistics when the AFLW are beating one male sport and go along with the chest beating over...

Re: Fox reports the AFLW tv ratings have quadrupled the male A-League tv ratings

i expect you to fuck off and quit trolling. Wookie can you please put up the tv audience comparisons of all the sports from the last round, so the silly person who created this thread can eat their humble pie? From what I've seen, the AFLW were beaten by all comers on the weekend. Can we just get t...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

And yet here we see people taking about Aussie rules ... so it is having some impact. No one talking too much about the nrl season about to start? An AFL thread... talking about... AFL... Who would've thought! It's ok mate. Not everyone can have common sense. I might go to a sex shop and read a bib...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

It was the launch of a new competition with unprecedented coverage for a womens competition - as noted by pretty much everyone involved in womens sport. of course it was everywhere. You know what else? Its how you are fucking meant to launch if you want attention. God forbid the AFL should use its ...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

Its about far more than the womens competition, which is the public face of a far larger compaign for womens football development that is already paying off in many ways. The league doesnt have to be profitable in the short term, because the league isnt planning short term. But league folks around ...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

Interesting times for the fumblers. After the expected initial sugar hit the female game has tanked and now the men are going the same way. As myself and the other sane posters here have said from the outset - this female fumbling comp cannot be judged until this season has played out in full. It w...

Re: AFL may seek new TV deal for women's competition

it has. And the preseason comp is down as well, suggesting theres something of an overload of footy happening. Quite possibly. What's with the AFL changing the name/format of it's preseason almost every year but? I remember back in the day, when it was the "Ansett Cup". It was marketable ...
